Lead Carpenter/Builder's Assistant wanted for a custom woodworking and remodeling business.
Previous experience in all areas of interior and exterior finishes is required for this full-time position working on multiple high-end residential renovation projects in Cape Cod.
Applicant must have:
- At least 3-5+ years working in the field
- Must be able to do high-end, detail-oriented work.
- Take pride in the quality of your workmanship
- Have a set of basic carpentry tools
- Must be able to perform layouts, finish trim details, follow blueprints, and multi-task.
- A hard worker and have a great attitude
- Must be prompt and reliable.
- Must be able to work as a team
- Comfortable managing and overseeing a crew to complete carpentry projects
- Ability to communicate effectively in English - both written and spoken.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. safely without any concerns.
- Must be a U.S. citizen OR have a work authorization card.
- Drivers License and Transportation
